Corewell Health Welcomes New Physician to Diabetes and Endocrinology

ST. JOSEPH, Mich., September 25, 2023 - Board-certified endocrinologist, Inderpreet Madahar, M.D., will join Corewell Health’s medical staff in Southwest Michigan. Dr. Madahar will see patients at Corewell Health Diabetes and Endocrinology – Royalton, 3950 Hollywood Road, Suite 288, St. Joseph. She joins two physician specialists, Amanda Morris, D.O., and Amena Iqbal, M.D., and one advanced practitioner, Deb Vliet, N.P.  

Dr. Madahar completed her fellowship in endocrinology at West Virginia University School of Medicine and a residency in internal medicine at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Illinois. She earned her medical degree from Guru Gobind Singh Medical College in India. 

“My philosophy of care is centered around educating my patients about their diagnosis and treatment options,” Dr. Madahar said. “I believe in creating a welcoming and inclusive environment, where they can feel comfortable. My goal is to empower patients and work together to improve their lives and endocrine conditions.” 

Corewell Health Diabetes and Endocrinology offers patients across Southwest Michigan access to experienced clinicians who treat and care for a variety of conditions that can affect the endocrine system such as diabetes, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, obesity and menopause.
